目的:研究赋能教育下心理护理对乳腺癌患者心理状态及自我护理能力的影响效果。方法:选择2020年1月至2023年6月院内收治的80例乳腺癌患者,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=40)实施常规护理,观察组(n=40)实施赋能教育下心理护理,比较两组患者的自我护理能力评分;生活质量评分;负面情绪评分、疼痛评分;并发症发生率;护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组患者的自我护理能力评分;生活质量评分;负面情绪评分、疼痛评分比较(P>0.05),护理后,观察组患者的上述指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组:97.5%(39/40),对照组:80.0%(32/40),两组比较(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者通过赋能教育下心理护理,可改善其心理状态,提升其自我护理能力,价值高,值得推广。 |

Objective: To study the effect of psychological nursing under empowering education on mental state and self-care ability of breast cancer patients. Methods: A total of 80 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group (n=40) received routine nursing while the observation group (n=40) received psychological nursing under empowering education. The self-care ability scores of the two groups were compared. Quality of life score; Negative emotion score, pain score; Complication rate; Nursing satisfaction. Results: Before nursing, the self-care ability score of two groups of patients; Quality of life score; Negative emotion score and pain score were compared (P > 0.05). After nursing, the above indexes in observation group were better than those in control group (P < 0.05). The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group (P < 0.05). Observation group: 97.5% (39/40), control group: 80.0% (32/40), comparison between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Psychological nursing of breast cancer patients through empowering education can improve their psychological state and enhance their self-care ability, which is of high value and worth promoting. |
