      目的：探讨手术室护理路径联合保温护理措施在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的应用效果。方法：研究选取2022年8月~2024年8月本院收治的100例腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,均50例。对照组实施常规手术室护理干预,观察组在此基础上应用手术室护理路径联合保温护理,对比两组手术指标护理效果、术后并发症、术后不同时间VAS疼痛程度评分、家庭亲密度与适应性量表(FACESII-CV)评分的变化。结果：观察组术后首次排气时间、住院时间与手术时间均短于对照组,且观察组的术中出血量低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总并发率低于对照组(2.00%vs14.00%),对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组在术后12h、24h和48h的VAS评分较低于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组FACESII-CV评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：手术室护理路径联合保温护理可提高腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者手术指标护理效果,降低术后并发症发生率,减轻患者术后疼痛程度,且可改善家庭亲密度与适应性评分。

      Objective: To explore the application effect of nursing path combined with thermal insulation nursing measures in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods: 100 patients with laparoscopic myomectomy admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 cases in both. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention in the operating room, and the observation group was treated with nursing path in the operating room combined with thermal insulation nursing on this basis. The changes of nursing effect, postoperative complications, VAS pain rating at different time after surgery, and FACESII-CV score of the two groups were compared. Results: The first postoperative exhaust time, hospital stay and operation time in observation group were shorter than those in control group, and the amount of intraoperative blood loss in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (2.00%vs14.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the observation group at 12h, 24h and 48h were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). After nursing, FACESII-CV score of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Operating room nursing path combined with insulation nursing can improve the nursing effect of surgical indicators in patients with laparoscopic myomectomy, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, reduce the degree of postoperative pain, and improve the family closeness and adaptability score.
