      【】目的: 探讨基于精益管理思想的无缝链式护理方案在乳腺切除术患者中的应用价值,分析该护理方案对手术室护理质量的影响。方法:选取2022年7月至2024年6月收治的78例乳腺切除术患者,采用随机数字表法分组,各39例。对照组实施常规手术室护理,观察组实施基于精益管理思想的无缝链式护理。比较两组术前准备用时、手术总时长、负面情绪[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]量化评分、简化舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分以及护理满意度。结果:观察组术前准备用时以及手术总时长均短于对照组(P＜0.05),HAMA评分、HAMD评分低于对照组(P＜0.05),GCQ评分高于对照组(P＜0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论:在乳腺切除术患者中,以精益管理思想为基础的无缝链式护理,能够提升手术室护理效率,改善患者的负面情绪以及术后舒适状况,提高护理满意度。

      Objective :To explore the application value of the seamless chain nursing program based on lean management ideology in patients undergoing mastectomy, and to analyze the impact of this nursing program on the quality of operating room care. Methods:Seventy-eight patients undergoing mastectomy admitted from July 2022 to June 2024 were selected and grouped using the random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received conventional operating room care, while the observation group received seamless chain nursing based on lean management ideology. The preoperative preparation time, total operation duration, quantitative scores of negative emotions [Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD)], scores of the General Comfort Questionnaire (GCQ), and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The preoperative preparation time and total operation duration in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05), the HAMA and HAMD scores were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05), the GCQ score was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion:In patients undergoing mastectomy, seamless chain nursing based on lean management ideology can enhance the efficiency of operating room care, improve the negative emotions and postoperative comfort of patients, and increase nursing satisfaction.
