Objective:To study the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on clinical efficacy and immune function in patients with allergic purpura. Methods:Sixty children with allergic purpura were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 30 cases in each group. Lifting workers control group: conventional western medicine treatment; experimental group: combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Compare the efficacy of the two groups. Results:There were no significant differences in the levels of IgA (g/L) and complement C3 (g/L) between the two groups before treatment. There was no comparability, P>0.05. After treatment, the experimental group IgA (g/L) and complement C3 (g) /L) The water level was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant, P<0.05; the difference of IgM, IgG and IL4 levels in the two groups before treatment was not significant, not comparable, P>0.05; after treatment, the experimental group IgM, IgG The IL4 level was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant, P<0.05; the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion:Integrative Chinese and Western medicine can effectively treat allergic purpura, and the effect is significant, and can significantly improve the immune function of patients. |
