      目的：分析针灸治疗无排卵型月经不调疗效。方法：选我院78例月经不调患者给予针灸治疗，分析临床疗效。结果：治疗后直径＞15mm的卵泡数目明显多于治疗前的直径＞15mm的卵泡数目（P＜0.05）。治疗前后卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素的水平比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治愈患者58例（74.36%），有效患者14例（17.95%），无效患者6例（7.69%），治疗总有效率72例（92.31%）。结论：对于无排卵型月经不调患者给予针灸治疗效果显著，明显提高了患者的临床治愈率。

      Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture on anovulatory irregular menstruation. Methods:A total of 78 patients with irregular menstruation in our hospital were treated with acupuncture to analyze the clinical efficacy. Results:The number of follicles with a diameter >15 mm after treatment was significantly higher than the number of follicles with a diameter >15 mm before treatment （P＜0.05）. The levels of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone before and after treatment were significantly different （P＜0.05）. 58 patients (74.36%) were cured, 14 patients (17.95%) were effective, 6 patients (7.69%) were ineffective, and 72 patients (92.31%) had a total effective rate. Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment is effective for patients with anovulatory irregular menstruation, which significantly improves the clinical cure rate of patients.
