Objective: to explore the influence of emotion management nursing measures on nursing staff's problem solving ability and negative emotion occurrence in clinical nursing management during pregnancy. Methods: from April 2018 to April 2019, 80 nurses in gynecology and obstetrics department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group (n=40 in each group). The nursing staff in the control group adopted the routine nursing mode, and the nurses in the observation group trained the emotional management measures on the basis of the nurses in the control group. The problem solving ability and psychological condition of nursing staff in two groups of nurses were carried out. Compare. Results: after training in groups, the scores of problem solving ability, seeking help and rationalization were 7.85 ±2.44, 6.54 ±2.88 and 6.88 ±1.66 in the observation group, and in the observation group, the nursing staff in the observation group were 7.85 ±2.44, 6.54 ±2.88 and 6.88 ±1.66, respectively. It was significantly higher than that of the control group (5.87 ±2.34, 4.34 ±2.48, 4.78 ±1.35, t = 3.7041, 3.6610, 6.2074, P < 0.05). In addition, the scores of withdrawal psychology and self-blame in the observation group were 3.28 ±1.62 and 4.66 ±1.1.respectively. The frequency of illusion was 4.66 ±1.75, which was significantly lower than that of control group (6.68 ±1.63, 7.67 ±1.75, 6.56 ±1.85, t=9.3570,7.4755,4.7188, P < 0.05). Conclusion: the introduction of emotional management measures in clinical nursing management during pregnancy can improve the ability of nurses in obstetrics and gynaecology to solve problems, and effectively reduce the frequency of negative emotions among nursing staff and establish a good nurse-patient relationship.
