      目的：对中医治疗女性黄褐斑伴月经不调的临床疗效进行分析和研究。方法：选择本院在2018年1月至2018年10月收治的80例女性黄褐斑伴月经不调的患者作为研究对象，按照患者病历单双号将其随机分为两组，对照组40例，观察组40例，采用常规的西医治疗方式对对照组予以治疗，在对照组的基础上，采用中药桃红四物汤对观察组予以治疗，对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行分析和研究。结果：对照组的总有效率为82.5%，观察组的总有效率为97.5%。观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组，两组患者相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。治疗前两组患者黄褐斑面积差异不显著（P＞0.05），治疗后观察组的黄褐斑面积明显小于对照组，两组患者相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：在女性黄褐斑伴月经不调的临床治疗中应用桃红四物汤具有显著效果，其能够有效减少其黄褐斑面积，并且使其月经不调得到极大改善。

      Objective: To analyze and study the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating female chloasma with irregular menstruation. Methods: Eighty female patients with chloasma and irregular menstruation admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2018 were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups according to the patient's medical record. For example, 40 patients in the observation group were treated with conventional Western medicine treatment. On the basis of the control group, the traditional Chinese medicine Taohong Siwu Decoction was used to treat the observation group. The clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients was analyzed and studied. Results: The total effective rate of the control group was 82.5%, and the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the area of chloasma between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05). The area of chloasma in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment. The difference between the two groups was significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The application of Taohong Siwu Decoction in the clinical treatment of female chloasma with irregular menstruation has a significant effect, which can effectively reduce the area of chloasma and greatly improve the irregular menstruation.
