Objective: To explore the value of emergency nursing intervention in patients with multiple lower limb fractures accompanied by shock.Methods: The choice in January 2018 - January 2019, our hospital 66 cases of lower limb multiple fractures of the shock patients as the research object, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group patients with pure complementary with routine nursing intervention, observation group of patients with emergency nursing intervention and compare the clinical effect of total, statistical and calculate the overall groups of patients with complications incidence.Results: The total clinical effect of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (p < 0.05). In addition, the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (p < 0.05).Conclusion: The effect of emergency nursing intervention in patients with multiple fractures of lower limbs combined with shock is better, which can significantly prevent complications, improve patient satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
