Objective: To analyze the emergency nursing measures and application value of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods: Fifty patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity who were admitted to our hospital from January to February 2018 in 2016 were selected according to different nursing measures. Among them, the observation group was given emergency comprehensive nursing intervention, and the control group was given conventional measures. The two groups were compared with development and nursing satisfaction. Results: The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00% (2/25), which was significantly lower than that in the control group 28.00% (7/25). The difference was significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00% (24/25). Significantly higher than the control group 84.00% (21/25), the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Emergency treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity is actively combined with thrombolysis, scientific injection, thrombolytic and anticoagulant, effectively relieve swelling of the affected limb, stabilize the disease to avoid secondary thrombosis, reduce complications such as subcutaneous hematoma, hemorrhage and infection. Improve efficacy and satisfaction and promote recovery. |
