Objective: To analyze the clinical nursing methods and effects of fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Methods: From January 2019 to July 2019, 65 patients underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy in our hospital with complete medical data were collected and divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=35). The observation group was given routine nursing mode, while the observation group was given high-quality nursing mode. The changes of visual analogue scale (VAS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) before and after nursing intervention were observed. Results: There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05). After nursing, VAS score of both groups decreased, and the score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05). After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were decreased, and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Implementing high-quality nursing intervention measures in fiberoptic bronchoscopy can reduce pain and improve patients' negative emotions. It can be recommended as an advantageous method in clinical practice. |
