Objective: To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on postoperative cesarean section. Methods: Study period: From January 2018 to March 2019, 80 cases of parturients with cesarean section in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. Routine nursing was used in the control group, and evidence-based nursing was used in the observation group. The adverse psychological score, incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the anxiety and depression psychological score of the observation group was lower, P < 0.05. the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower, P < 0.05. the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher, P < 0.05. Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing intervention on postoperative cesarean section can not only improve maternal adverse psychology, but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve nursing satisfaction. It has high clinical value and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
