Objective:To summarize and analyze the application experience of "point whole teaching" mode in outpatient pharmacy practice teaching,so as to provide reference for improving the teaching quality of pharmacy interns.Methods:According to the teaching plan,the interns in the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were given the "point whole teaching" mode with the theme of "phased,hierarchical, sub diagnostic unit window learning, comprehensive ability training".Results:After one year's practical application,the scores of theoretical assessment and pharmaceutical care skills at the end of internship were(92.05±4.74)and(88.43±5.19)respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the clinical practice. Moreover,the interns had a high recognition of the teaching mode in stimulating learning interest,consolidating knowledge points,improving doctor-patient communication and understanding their own skills.Conclusion:The teaching effect of "point whole teaching" mode in the practice teaching of outpatient pharmacy is significant,which can improve the mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of interns,and comprehensively improve their pharmaceutical care ability. |
