Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention in operating room on anxiety and postoperative pain in patients with liver cancer.Methods:A total of 60 patients undergoing surgery for liver cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were collected for the study.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the study group received psychological care in the operating room.Compare the SAS,SDS and VAS scores of the control group and the study group.Results:The SAS,SDS,and VAS scores of the study group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.822,P=0.000;t=3.672,P=0.000;t=3.366,P=0.000).Conclusion:Psychological intervention in the operating room can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of patients undergoing liver cancer surgery,and improve the pain symptoms,which has clinical application value. |
