Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by liver cirrhosis.Methods:A total of 78 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by liver cirrhosis in People's Hospital of Kangping County during from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the subjects were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group(39 cases in each group).The control group adopted the conventional nursing mode,and the observation group adopted the evidence-based nursing mode.The rebleeding rate,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The rebleeding rate within 6 months in the observation group was 2.56%,lower than that in the control group(15.38%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.87%,higher than that of the control group(79.49%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by liver cirrhosis,evidence-based nursing can provide professional nursing services for patients,prevent rebleeding,and patients'satisfaction is ideal,which is conducive to the improvement of quality of life,which is worthy of recommendation. |
