Objective: To explore the clinical effect of pharmaceutical care in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods: A total of 82 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)in People's Hospital of Kangping County from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, the subjects were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group(41 cases in each group). The control group was given traditional medical service intervention, the observation group carried out pharmaceutical care on the basis of the control group. The satisfaction of blood glucose control and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results: The satisfaction rate of blood glucose control in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the cesarean section rate, amniotic fluid excess rate, premature rupture of membranes rate, pregnancy induced hypertension rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the proportion of macrosomia, premature delivery, neonatal asphyxia and neonatal hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, pharmaceutical care can provide scientific guidance for patients, facilitate blood glucose control, improve maternal and infant outcomes, and protect maternal and infant safety |
