Objective:To study the effect of nursing intervention on postpartum pain and postpartum hemorrhage of primipara.Methods:82 primiparas who received natural delivery in this hospital from October 2018 to November 2019 were divided into two groups according to the sequence of operation:routine group(the first 41 cases, routine obstetric care in the whole perioperative period)and study group(the last 41 groups,on the basis of routine group, strengthen the relevant nursing intervention),and compared the visual analogue score(VAS)and total labor of 24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours postpartum between the two groups procedure time, postpartum hemorrhage and Apgar score. Results:There was no significant difference in VAS score between the study group and the routine group at 24h(P>0.05),but it was significantly lower at 48h and 72h in the study group than that in the routine group, and the total time of labor, postpartum hemorrhage and Apgar score of newborn in the study group were better than that in the routine group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:To strengthen nursing intervention in the whole perioperative period of natural delivery of primipara can effectively relieve the pain after delivery, reduce the time of delivery and the amount of bleeding, ensure the health of the newborn, and improve the quality of delivery. |
