Objective: To explore the clinical effect of bronchoalveolar lavage in patients with bronchiectasis and infection. Methods: Thirty patients with bronchiectasis and infection were randomly selected into the scope of the experimental study. All of them were admitted to our hospital for diagnosis and treatment from December 2016 to December 2019. They were divided into groups using the same number of random methods, and they were treated with bronchoalveolar lavage (research group, n=15) and conventional treatment (control group, n=15) for clinical treatment, analysis of clinical intervention effects. Results: After research, the clinical blood gas indicators of the study group including oxygenation index, arterial oxygen partial pressure and blood oxygen saturation were significantly better than those of the control group. The number of patients in the study group who failed clinical treatment was significantly less than that of the control group. The difference is significant, P<0.05. Conclusion: The use of bronchoalveolar lavage to intervene in patients with bronchiectasis and infection can improve the clinical blood gas indicators and optimize the treatment effect. |
