Objective:To study the effect of CPPT mode on the role change of students and teachers in obstetrics and gynecology teaching reform.Methods:from August 2016 to February 2019,34 gynecological practice nurses in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and reference group,17 in each group. CPPT teaching mode was adopted in the observation group and the conventional teaching mode was adopted in the reference group.Results:compared with the role change of the two groups,the observation group was significantly better than the reference group,with differences in data(P<0.05);the test scores of the two groups were better than the reference group after teaching,with differences in data(P<0.05).Conclusion:compared with the conventional teaching mode,the CPPT teaching mode is conducive to reversing the role change of the intern teachers,improving their academic performance,and has higher application value. |
