      目的：探究临床护理路径在阑尾切除术患者中的临床护理效果。方法：选取2018年1月至2020年1月在康平县人民医院接受阑尾炎切除术的112例患者为研究对象，依据随机数字表法，随机将研究对象分为两组，对照组和研究组（每组56例），对照组采取常规护理措施，研究组应用临床护理路径，比较两组患者的依从性和护理满意度。结果：研究组患者的依从性为94.64%，高于对照组（82.14%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组患者的护理满意度为98.22%，高于对照组（87.50%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在阑尾切除术患者的临床护理中，临床护理能够提高患者依从性，使其积极配合医护工作，有利于病情恢复，患者满意度更高，值得推荐。

      Objective: To explore the clinical nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with appendectomy. Methods: A total of 112 patients who underwent appendectomy in Kangping People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, the subjects were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the study group (56 cases in each group), the control group was given routine nursing measures, and the study group was given clinical nursing pathway. The compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The compliance of the study group was 94.64%, higher than that of the control group (82.14%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.22%, higher than that of the control group (87.50%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: In the clinical nursing of patients with appendectomy, clinical nursing can improve the compliance of patients, make them actively cooperate with medical work, which is conducive to the recovery of the disease, and patients' satisfaction is higher, which is worthy of recommendation.
