Objective: To explore the clinical nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with appendectomy. Methods: A total of 112 patients who underwent appendectomy in Kangping People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, the subjects were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the study group (56 cases in each group), the control group was given routine nursing measures, and the study group was given clinical nursing pathway. The compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The compliance of the study group was 94.64%, higher than that of the control group (82.14%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.22%, higher than that of the control group (87.50%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the clinical nursing of patients with appendectomy, clinical nursing can improve the compliance of patients, make them actively cooperate with medical work, which is conducive to the recovery of the disease, and patients' satisfaction is higher, which is worthy of recommendation. |
