Objective: Effect analysis of nursing management in breast surgery patients through clinical pathway model. Methods: A total of 72 patients who underwent breast surgery in our hospital during the period from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, namely the control group and the experimental group. Each group had 36 patients; the control group received routine nursing clinically, and the experimental group received routine nursing + clinical pathway nursing. The length of hospital stay, quality of care scores, complication rate, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The length of hospital stay in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, and the quality of nursing score was higher than that in the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The complication rate in the experimental group was 5.56%, and the nursing satisfaction was 97.22%. The complication rate in the group was 22.22%, and the nursing satisfaction was 77.78%. Compared with the corresponding data, the difference was consistent with the statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The nursing management of patients undergoing breast surgery through the clinical pathway model can effectively reduce the complications of patients, promote the early recovery of patients, and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction, which is conducive to the construction of a harmonious nurse-patient relationship. |
