Objective: To observe the effect of PDCA cycle mode in nursing management of disinfection supply room. Methods: We selected 178 samples from January 2018 to October 2018 in the disinfection supply room of our hospital to implement the routine management stage as the control group, and implemented the PDCA cycle in the disinfection supply room of our hospital from November 2018 to August 2019, a total of 191 samples were randomly selected from the management stage as the study group. The two groups of samples were compared and analyzed for cleaning, packaging, sterility and hand hygiene. Results: The cleaning pass rate of the control group was 87.64%, the packaging pass rate was 85.96%, the aseptic pass rate was 91.57%, and the hand hygiene pass rate was 88.20%. The cleaning pass rate of the study group was 95.81%, and the package pass rate was 94.24%. The pass rate of sterility was 99.48%, and the pass rate of hand hygiene was 96.86%. The corresponding data were compared and analyzed between the groups, and the differences were consistent with the statistical significance of the establishment criteria (P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of the PDCA cycle mode during the nursing management of the disinfection supply room can effectively guarantee the quality of item management, improve the overall department's work effectiveness, and have the value of clinical promotion and use. |
