      目的:研究将孕期营养指导应用于围产期孕妇中的作用与效果。方法:摘选2018年8月至2019年8月,本院接收的围产期孕妇280例,依据随机化分组,分为A组(n=140)、B组(n=140),A组施予常规性护理,而B组施予孕期营养指导,观察并比较其最终的结果。结果:B组各项营养状况指标与A组相比显著性更高(P<0.05);B组不良反应的总发生率与A组相比显著性更低(P<0.05);B组营养状况与A组相比显著性更高(P<0.05)。结论:孕期营养指导应用到围产期孕妇中,能够获得更为理想的效果。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To study the functions and effects of nutrition guidance during pregnancy in perinatal pregnant women. Methods: 280 perinatal pregnant women admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups: group A (n=140) and group B (n=140). Group A received routine nursing care, while group B received nutritional guidance during pregnancy. The final results were observed and compared. Results: The nutritional status indexes of group B were significantly higher than those of group A (P<0.05). The overall incidence of adverse reactions in group B was significantly lower than that in group A (P<0.05). The nutritional status of group B was significantly higher than that of group A (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of nutritional guidance during pregnancy to perinatal pregnant women can obtain more ideal results.
