      目的：探究支气管哮喘患者以孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗效果，并加以分析。方法：选取2018年12月至2019年12月本院呼吸内科收治的196例患者，采用随机分配的方法平均分为两组，分别为对照组（n=98）和观察组（n=98）。对照组采用布地奈德治疗方法治疗，观察组采用孟鲁斯特钠联合布地奈德治疗方法进行治疗。比较两组患者肺功能指标、不良反应发生情况。结果：患者在接受不同的治疗后，观察组内患者的肺功能指标要明显优于对照组患者的肺功能指标（P＜0.05）；观察组中患者发生不良反应的情况明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：支气管哮喘患者以孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德进行治疗能有效提高患者的肺功能指标，降低患者在治疗过程中不良反应的发生率。

      Objective: To explore and discuss the effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods: 196 cases of respiratory medicine in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomLy divided into control group （n=98） and observation group （n=98）. The control group was treated with budesonide, and the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium combined with budesonide. Pulmonary function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: After the patients received different treatment, the lung function index of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P＜0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）. Conclusion: Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma can effectively improve the lung function index of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment process, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
