      目的：探究子宫内膜异位症患者行随访性护理干预对其术后激素水平的影响。方法：择取2018年6月至2019年11月本院妇科收治的100例子宫内膜异位症手术患者，根据抽签法进行随机分组，其中对照组50例，观察组50例。对照组行常规护理，观察组行随访性护理，比较两组患者激素水平和总护理满意度。结果：观察组患者激素水平低于对照组，经统计学比较组间差异有意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者总护理满意度高于对照组，经统计学比较组间差异有意义（P＜0.05）。结论：随访性护理干预的应用可以降低子宫内膜异位症患者术后激素水平，有利于促进其康复，并提升对护理服务的满意度。

英文摘要:

      Objective: To explore the effect of follow-up nursing intervention on hormone levels in patients with endometriosis. Methods: A total of 100 patients with endometriosis who were treated in our gynecology department from June 2018 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided according to the lottery method, including 50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the observation group. The control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group received follow-up nursing care. The hormone levels and total nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The hormone levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The overall nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The application of follow-up nursing intervention can reduce the postoperative hormone level of patients with endometriosis, which is beneficial to promote their recovery and improve the satisfaction with nursing services.
