Objective: To analyze the influence of different collection methods of blood samples on biochemical test results. Methods: 200 cases of blood biochemical test personnel who came to our hospital from January 2019 to September 2019 were selected, and the blood samples of the research objects were collected for retrospective analysis, including hemolysis status, collection site and submission time. Results: The accuracy of biochemical test was affected by different parts of blood collection, hemolysis and time of submission. Conclusion: In order to ensure the accuracy of biochemical test results, blood samples should be collected correctly and sent to the laboratory within the specified time, and hemolysis should be prevented at the same time. |
