Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of freehand rotation on parturient in the nursing of cephalic dystocia. Methods: 84 cases of head dystocia in obstetrics department of our hospital were selected as the research object, and they were divided into control group (42 cases, routine midwifery Nursing) and observation group (42 cases, free hand rotation midwifery Nursing). The effect of midwifery nursing in the two groups was evaluated. Results: The natural delivery rate and neonatal Apgar score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, while the time of the second stage of labor, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of neonatal adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Freehand rotation midwifery nursing mode can shorten the labor process time, reduce the cesarean section rate and neonatal complications, and ensure delivery. It's going well. |
