      目的：本文研究三位一体无缝护理模式对妊娠糖尿病病人妊娠结局的影响。方法：在2018年1月至2019年12月选择本院收取的180例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象，并将患者随机分成研究组、对照组，其中每组患者数量为90例。对照组采用常规的护理干预，而研究组通过三位一体无缝护理模式进行护理，采集两组妊娠糖尿病患者的血糖水平、健康知识掌握程度评分以及不良妊娠结局等方面的资料数据，并予以对比分析。结果：在通过三位一体无缝护理后，研究组患者在血糖水平、健康知识掌握程度等方面优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。此外，在妊娠结局方面，研究组患者出现不良妊娠结局的几率低于对照组。结论：在对妊娠糖尿病患者进行护理时，三位一体无缝护理模式能够有效的帮助患者控制血糖，让患者更好的重视妊娠期间的保健知识，降低不良妊娠结局的发生几率，是一种十分有效的护理方法。

英文摘要:

      Objective:To study the effect of Trinity seamless nursing mode on pregnancy outcome of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,180 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,the number of patients in each group was 90 cases.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the study group was nursed by Trinity seamless nursing mode.The data of blood glucose level,health knowledge mastery score and adverse pregnancy outcome of the two groups were collected and compared.Results:After the Trinity seamless nursing,the blood glucose level and health knowledge of the study group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In addition,in terms of pregnancy outcomes,the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:In the nursing of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,Trinity seamless nursing mode can effectively help patients control blood sugar,make patients pay more attention to health care knowledge during pregnancy,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which is a very effective nursing method.
