Objective: To explore the effect of nursing management mode in the clinical rescue of critically ill pregnant women. Methods: Retrospective analysis of our hospital from November 2017 to October 2019, 60 cases of critically ill pregnant women admitted to the department of obstetries and gynecology were selected as the research standard, according to the principle of random number table method is divided into the acute group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases), the control group using conventional care, the acute group implement applications in clinical rescue nursing management model, to observe the incidence of complication and curative effect analysis of two groups of patients and patients' satisfaction, and statistical analysis. Results: After nursing, the total satisfaction with nursing care of the acute group was 97.6%, significantly higher than 80.3% of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05), after nursing, the total effective rates with nursing care of two groups was 98.6%, significantly higher than 88.6% of the control group, the total effective rates with nursing care of two groups have significant difference, statistically significant (P<0.05), after care, group of patients with postpartum hemorrhage patients, placenta previa, amniotic fluid embolism, uterine rupture, significantly lower than that of the control group, the total effective rates with nursing care of two groups have obvious difference. Conclusion: To explore the effect of applying nursing management mode in the clinical rescue of critically ill pregnant women can reduce the incidence of complications in the nursing process, ensure the physical and mental health of patients, and accelerate the rehabilitation of patients, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
