      目的：探讨优质护理模式对妇科腹腔镜手术效果影响。方法：选择2019年1月至2019年12月在本院行妇科腹腔镜手术治疗的600例患者作为研究对象，按照随机平行对照方法分为对照组和研究组各300例。对照组给予常规护理，研究组在对照组护理的基础上提供全程优质护理，对比两组护理效果。结果：研究组术后并发症发生率为9.67%（29/300），明显低于对照组的28.33%（85/300），两组结果比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；两组术后恢复结果（包括住院时间、肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间）比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；研究组总满意度93.33%显著高于对照组的65.00%，两组满意度调查结果差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：全程优质护理可以提高妇科腹腔镜手术病人在手术过程中的舒适度，减少病人对手术的恐惧感，提高护理质量，加速病后恢复，值得应用。

英文摘要:

      Objective: To explore the effect of high quality nursing mode on gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods: A total of 600 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects. According to the randomized parallel control method, they were divided into control group and research group with 300 cases each. Control group to give routine nursing, the research group in the control group on the basis of nursing to provide quality care, compared the two groups of nursing effect. Results: The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the research group was 9.67% (29/300), significantly lower than that in the control group 28.33%(85/300). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.01).Results: Of postoperative recovery (including length of stay, recovery of intestinal function, and time of getting out of bed) between the two groups were statistically significant (P＜0.01).The difference of satisfaction between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.01). The total satisfaction of the research group was 93.33% higher than that of the control group (65.00%). Conclusion: The whole process of high-quality nursing can improve the comfort of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients in the process of surgery, reduce the patients' fear of surgery, improve the quality of nursing, accelerate the recovery after the disease, it is worthy of application.
