Objective:To investigate the effects of follow-up management pattern in Internet+ about puerperium continuing nursing service.Methods:Three hundreds puerperae in obstetrical department of our hospital were divided into continuing nursing service group(observation group,n=150)and routine nursing group(control group,n=150)according to discharge data based on convenience sampling.The control group received discharge instruction,outpatient examination and telephone follow-up.The observation group received routine and Internet follow-up(mobile phone app,Wechat,QQ ).Results:The health knowledge awareness rate during puerperium and neonatal period in observation group were 80.67% and 84.67%,respectively.In control group were significant lower than observation group,61.33% and 58.67%,respectively(P<0.05).Then,the Edinburgh postnatal depression scale(EPDS) results showed that the score of observation group were largely lower than control group(P<0.05).In addition,the puerperae in observation group manifested higher satisfaction rate (98.67%)than control group(90.00%) of nursing service(P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing puerperal woman with professional and personalized consulting,convenience and efficiency guidance through Internet platform could significantly increase puerperium and neonatal period health knowledge of puerperal,establish a harmonious relationship and improve satisfaction rate.It’s worthy of pervasive application in clinical. |
