      摘要 目的：探讨中西医结合护理对高血压脑出血患者的影响。方法：选我院高血压脑出血84例为现象，随机分为观察组与对照组各42例，对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组治疗有效率、神功能损伤情况、肢体功能、日常活动评分均显著优于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05。结论：对脑血压高血压患者进行中西医结合手段进行护理，可显著的临床的治疗有效率，改善患者的精神损伤情况，提高患者的肢体功能与日常活动功。

      Abstract Objective: To explore the effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 84 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were selected as the phenomenon, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases each, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The observation group's treatment efficiency, neurological impairment, limb function, and daily activity scores were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05. Conclusion: Caring for patients with cerebral hypertension and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, nursing Significant clinical treatment efficiency, improve the patient's mental injury, improve the patient's limb function and daily activities.
