      目的 探究初产妇剖宫产术后母乳喂养中给予优质护理的临床应用效果。方法 本文自我院2018年1月至2019年12月接收的剖宫产分娩初产妇中抽取48例,随机分为对照组(n=24,常规护理)与观察组(n=24,优质护理),对比首次哺乳时间、泌乳量及母乳喂养情况。结果 观察组初产妇首次哺乳时间(15.4±1.9)min、产后3d泌乳量(198.3±24.9)ml,相比于对照组,差异有统计学意义,t=4.521,6.242,P<0.05。观察组行母乳喂养产妇23例,母乳喂养率95.8%,高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 剖宫产初产妇术后母乳喂养中给予优质护理,积极调整了心理状态,取得了满意的母乳喂养效果,确保了新生儿的健康发育。

      Objective To explore the clinical application effect of high-quality nursing in breastfeeding after cesarean section in primiparas. Methods In this paper, 48 primiparas from cesarean section delivery received by our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group (n=24, routine care) and observation group (n=24, high-quality care) , Compare the time of first lactation, lactation volume and breastfeeding situation. Results Compared with the control group, the first breastfeeding time (15.4±1.9) min of the primiparas in the observation group and the lactation volume (198.3±24.9) ml after delivery were statistically significant, t=4.521, 6.242, P<0.05. There were 23 women in the observation group who underwent breastfeeding. The breastfeeding rate was 95.8%, which was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion After cesarean section, primiparas were given high-quality nursing care during breastfeeding, actively adjusted their mental state, achieved satisfactory breastfeeding effects, and ensured the healthy development of newborns.
