      目的 分析在子宫内膜癌患者围术期护理中加强人文关怀对心理健康、满意度的积极影响。方法 将在我院医治的85例子宫内膜癌患者随机设为两个组别，给予对照组（40例）常规护理，给予实验组（45例）围术期护理加人文关怀理念。观察两组护理前后心理状态、生活质量情况，调查护理满意度。结果 实验组护理后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组，两组对比有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。在生活质量各维度评分上，实验组相较对照组均明显更低，两组对比有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。对比两组患者护理总满意率，实验组明显更高，两组有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论 将人文关怀理念应用于子宫内膜癌患者围术期护理中，能够改善心理状态，提高生活质量，患者满意度较高，值得推广。

英文摘要:

      Objective To analyze the positive impact of strengthening humanistic care on mental health and satisfaction in the perioperative nursing of endometrial cancer patients. Methods 85 patients with endometrial cancer treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (40 cases) was given routine care, and the experimental group (45 cases) was given the concept of perioperative care and humanistic care. Observe the mental state and quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing, and investigate nursing satisfaction. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the control group, and there was a statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). In terms of the quality of life scores, the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, and there was a statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Comparing the total satisfaction rate of care for the two groups of patients, the experimental group was significantly higher, and there was a statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Applying the concept of humanistic care to the perioperative nursing of endometrial cancer patients can improve the mental state, improve the quality of life, and have higher patient satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.
