补肾促排方联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢排卵障碍性不孕的疗效研究

      目的 探讨联用补肾促排方和来曲唑对治疗多囊卵巢排卵障碍障碍性不孕症的疗效。方法 回顾性分析2019年12月至2020年8月我院收治的105例PCOS排卵障碍性不孕患者的临床资料,根据患者治疗方法分为：A组(补肾促排方治疗)、B组(来曲唑治疗)、C组(联合治疗)。于治疗前后B超检测患者子宫内膜厚度和卵泡成熟情况,检测血清雌二醇(E₂)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和睾酮(T)水平。统计治疗总有效率和不良反应发生情况。结果 C组总有效率(88.57%),高于A组(68.57%)和B组(65.71%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组患者子宫内膜厚度和成熟卵泡个数均上升,血清E₂、LH、FSH和T水平均降低,其中,C组子宫内膜厚度和成熟卵泡个数均高于A组和B组,血清E₂、LH、FSH和T水平均低于A组和B组(P<0.05)。三组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 联用补肾促排方和来曲唑治疗PCOS排卵障碍性不孕症,可改善血清生殖激素水平,并不会提高不良反应的发生率,临床效果较好,值得推广。

      Objective To investigate the effect of combined use of Bushen Cupai Recipe and letrozole on the treatment of infertility due to polycystic ovary dysfunction. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 105 patients with PCOS ovulation dysfunction infertility admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to August 2020 was divided into: group A (treatment with Bushen Cu Pai Recipe) and group B ( letrozole treatment), group C (combined treatment). Before and after treatment, the patient’s endometrial thickness and follicular maturity were detected by B-ultrasound, and serum estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and testosterone (T) levels were detected. Statistics of the total effective rate of treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of group C (88.57%) was higher than that of group A (68.57%) and group B (65.71%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the endometrial thickness and the number of mature follicles in the three groups increased, and the serum E2, LH, FSH and T levels decreased. Among them, the endometrial thickness and the number of mature follicles in group C were higher than those in group A and B, serum E2, LH, FSH and T levels were lower than those of group A and B (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups of patients (P>0.05). Conclusion The combined use of Bushen Cupai Recipe and letrozole in the treatment of PCOS ovulatory dysfunction infertility can improve the serum reproductive hormone levels without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions. The clinical effect is good and it is worthy of promotion.
