      【】目的探讨利扎曲普坦联合氟桂利嗪在女性偏头痛患者中的效果及对血液流变学的影响。方法选取2021年2月-2023年2月我院收治的女性偏头痛患者104例,分为两组,对照组选择氟桂利嗪治疗,研究组选择利扎曲普坦联合氟桂利嗪治疗。结果与对照组比,研究组的治疗效果更好(P＜0.05),但两组不良反应发生率比较无差异(P＞0.05)；研究组的临床症状改善情况更好(P＜0.05)；研究组的血液流变学指标更优(P＜0.05)。结论利扎曲普坦联合氟桂利嗪在女性偏头痛患者中的临床疗效更加显著,可以有效改善患者的临床病症,缓解头痛情况,改善血液流变学指标,值得推广。

      【】Objective To investigate the effect of rizatriptan combined with flunarizine on hemorheology in female migraine patients. Methods 104 female migraine patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with flunarizine, and the study group was treated with rizatriptan combined with flunarizine. Results compared with the control group, the treatment effect of the study group was better (P<0.05), but there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05) . The improvement of clinical symptoms in the study group was better (P < 0.05). The hemorheology index of the study group was better (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of rizatriptan combined with flunarizine is more significant in female migraine patients, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, relieve headache, improve hemorheology indexes, and is worth promoting.
