      目的:探讨健康教育联合医疗游戏辅导对学龄前儿童家长疫苗接种态度及预防接种率的影响。方法:选择2020年6月至2023年6月疫苗接种的120例学龄前儿童为研究对象并进行回顾性研究,入组儿童的分组方式以不同干预方案为依据,各60例,对照组儿童仅给予常规疫苗接种指导,研究组儿童则联合开展家长健康教育与医疗游戏辅导,对比两组儿童家长疫苗接种态度评分变化、儿童接种恐惧程度、心理状态评分变化、预防接种行为及家长满意度。结果:接种前两组儿童家长PACV量表各维度评分相比无差异性(P>0.05),接种后研究组儿童家长PACV量表各维度评分较对照组高(P<0.05);接种前两组儿童接种恐惧程度相比无差异性(P>0.05),接种后研究组儿童接种恐惧程度Ⅰ级占比较对照组高,Ⅲ级占比较对照组低(P<0.05);接种前两组儿童SCARED及DSRSC评分相比无差异性(P>0.05),接种后研究组儿童SCARED及DSRSC评分均较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组儿童按时接种率及家长满意度较对照组高,接种延迟及遗漏率较对照组低,组间相比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:在学龄前儿童疫苗接种中开展健康教育联合医疗游戏辅导可有效改变家长对疫苗接种态度,缓解儿童恐惧感及焦虑抑郁情绪,提高家长满意度及预防接种率,具有较高的推广价值。

      Objective: To explore the effect of health education combined with medical game counseling on parents" vaccination attitude and vaccination rate of preschool children. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 120 preschool children who were vaccinated from June 2020 to June 2023. The group of enrolled children was based on different intervention programs, 60 cases each, Children in the control group were only given routine vaccination guidance, while children in the study group were jointly given parents" health education and medical game counseling, The score changes of parents" attitude towards vaccination, children"s fear of vaccination, psychological status score changes, vaccination behavior and parents" satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no difference in the scores of PACV scales between the two groups before vaccination (P>0.05), and the scores of PACV scales between the two groups after vaccination were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); There was no difference in the degree of inoculation fear between the two groups before inoculation (P>0.05),After inoculation, grade Ⅰ was higher in the control group and grade Ⅲ was lower in the control group (P<0.05); There was no difference in SCARED and DSRSC scores between the two groups before vaccination (P>0.05), but SCARED and DSRSC scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group after vaccination (P<0.05); The rate of timely vaccination and parental satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the rate of delayed vaccination and omission was lower, with significant differences between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Health education combined with medical game counseling in preschool children"s vaccination can effectively change parents" attitude towards vaccination, relieve children"s fear and anxiety, improve parents" satisfaction and prevent vaccination rate, and have high promotion value.
